The program featured national speakers including First Lady Michelle Obama and required coordinating creative, technical, and venue teams under tight production timelines.

Transform a traditionally straightforward ceremony into a dynamic arena-wide experience through motion visuals and digital systems.

Directed motion visuals and graphic design across arena screens and structured the creative run-of-show, sourcing the motion designer and coordinating screen moments throughout the program.

Wayfinding System

Implemented Capital One Arena's first integrated digital way-finding system, identifying unused concourse screens and repurposing them for attendee navigation, eliminating the need for additional printed signage and improving guest flow throughout the venue.
